Last year, Lorena Ochoa won eight events
en route to her second-straight Rolex
Player of the Year and Vare Trophy, and she
topped the money list for the second straight
Edward
season. She became the first player to earn $4
million in a season and the fastest to earn $10
million in a career. Ochoa, who has 17 LPGA
Tour titles, won her first major championship
at last year’s RICOH Women’s British Open.

Jee Young Lee recorded 10 top-10 finishes last
season, including three runner-up finishes.
She was second at the Fields Open in Hawaii, a
tie for second at the RICOH Women’s British
Open and second at the Michelob ULTRA Open
at Kingsmill after a three-hole, sudden-death
playoff with Suzann Pettersen.
In Williamsburg, Lee carded a career-low 63 in
the third round where she crossed the $1 million
mark in career earnings; her 63 (-8)
matched season-lows for both 18-hole and
third-round scores on Tour on a par-71 course.
